Bike rental company, EagleRider, opens first Indian store in Delhi

EagleRider, the US-based big bike rental company has opened its first exclusive Indian centre in Delhi. The store will be catering to Indian and international riders looking to go on guided motorbike tours or just hire a high-end motorcycle for a few days.

The Indian franchise for the brand is currently owned and run by Big Motorcycle Company. EagleRider India will be organising motorcycle tours within the country and to neighbouring countries like Nepal, Bhutan and Myanmar. Besides organising lodging and itineraries for such rides, the company also offers safety support for riders by including a spare bike and a chase van stocked with spares, luggage, camping gear, tech support, medical first aid in the convoy. While riders do get an open face DOT approved helmet along with the rented bike, they can also hire riding gear, camera and GPS for the trips. Their fleet currently comprises of the Harley-Davidson Iron 883, Road King, Heritage, Fat bob and Fat Boy; the Triumph Bonneville and the Royal Enfield Himalayan. Rents for these bikes start at Rs 2,900 per day, going all the way up till Rs 12,500.

The address for the EagleRider store is G-1, ‘Address One’, #1 Golf Course Road, Sector 56, Gurgaon, Haryana 122011 – a location that is said to have been selected owing to its proximity to the airport.
