Ducati SuperSport
The SuperSport range of motorcycles is powered by the 939 engine seen in the Hypermotard and the Multistrada as well. Having said that, the more expensive ‘S’ variant gets few more performance enhancing features such as a revised suspension, better brakes and a quick-shift gearbox. The regular version gets a neat six speed transmission that is touted to be smooth and perfectly tuned to suit the riding dynamics that the bike offers. Having said that, the engine churns out a respectable 110 hp and 93 Nm of torque, which is pretty much all the power you need for a spirited ride anywhere in India.
The SuperSport and the SuperSport S are a good choice for those who are looking for a good mix of performance, easy riding and practicality. The company has also priced them rather well with the SuperSport pegged at INR 12.08 lakh and the SuperSport S for INR 13.39 lakh.
